RIMShield Premix is a new technology corrosion inhibitor that is based on the use of carboxylate chemistry. This "next generation" technology provides superior corrosion control and heat transfer, which assists in extending the service life of rims and tyres.

RIMShield Premix will protect rims and wheels from corrosion and scale and enables easier tyre demounting.

NON-TOXIC, BIODEGRADABLE CORROSION PROTECTION

Being organic in nature, RIMShield Premix is essentially non-toxic and readily biodegradable resulting in minimal damage to the environment when disposed of or accidentally spilt. The low toxicity considerably reduces EH&S issues for workers handling the product. RIMShield Premix is classified as non-hazardous according to Safe Work Australia, and is classified as “readily biodegradable” and environmentally friendly as per OECD Guidelines.
